How Does A Gut Reset Impact Weight Loss?
Emerging science tells us that gut health plays an important role in managing obesity and weight gain. Researchers did a study with human twins where one was obese and the other was lean. They extracted gut bacteria from these twins and transplanted it into two sets of mice. The mice were genetically identical and fed the same diet.
The result: Mice with gut bacteria from the obese twin grew fat. The mice that received gut bacteria from the lean twin stayed thin.
Even more interesting, when the fat mice were given gut bacteria from the thin mice (in addtion to a low fat high fiber diet), the bacteria from the thin mice took over and the fat mice started losing weight.
And that’s what a gut reset does. It replaces the bad gut bacteria with prebiotics and probiotics to support healthy gut bacteria growth for a healthier and happier you.
